What is the best loadout for nature dps?
I would suggest you to try:
Harvest (use after vine lash and briar it helps to spread DoTs around other mobs)

Best Healer Loadout
Full Time Bug Form – there’s no reason not to if you want to get the most out of healing.
Swarm Shield – Hive Mind – Blossom – Metabolism – Savage Growth – Regeneration.
Alternate healing with Metabolism and Savage Growth to keep your pheromones up and pop blossom for your “big heal” which will release the pheromones that had been stacking. Generally I will roll over my abilities to the toon of
Swarm Shield + Hive Mind + Metabolism, which will let Swarm Shield work as a band-aid to let Metabolism bring the group to full health before it wears off.
If Swarm Shield isn’t available, I’ll use Metabolism + Savage Growth, and depending on the rate of damage being taken, as it’ll land two sets of healing over time. If large damage is being taken to the whole group, I can spam Savage Growth to bulk up the healing over time as it can be repeatedly cast quicker than metabolism. Also depending on mobs Savage Growth still does DOT in bug form, so sometimes I’ll land it near a mob for that added damage (albeit very small damage).
Blossom will typically hit for 800 to 1400 with my build, it really depends on how much pheromones you have stacked and how aggressively you’ve needed to use the ability. I’ve had 4k Blossoms, but so much depends on how often you need use it. Having a sorcery healer helps since they tend to be better at spot heals, and they don’t still your pheromones so you continue to get to stack them.
Best Nature DPS Loadout
Wolf Form – Is a great buff, but not suitable for Raid Bosses, and I’d probably not run it in FOS. It’s lack of range options mean any time you use the Triangle or Square button you will leap towards the enemy. Unless you can get away with doing this, or are in a position where you can get away with spamming powers, I’d shy away from this.
Carnage – Vine Lash – Impaling Thorns – Briar – Harvest – Rampage
Typical move is to find one mob in a group of mobs and cast Vine Lash and Briar on them, then follow with Harvest. This will “infect” all surrounding mobs within a fairly large radius with both sets of damage over time. If more mobs come into said group, another Harvest will continue to spread the same. Buffing with Carnage or Rampage will further increase this damage.
Regarding Rampage / Supercharges- Most nature players agree that the supercharges for Nature are a bit lack luster. Rampage is similar to Carnage in that it is a damage buff, but it only affects yourself and gives you a small amount of healing over time. It DOES stack with Carnage and Trinket buffs, so I consider it the best amongst them for DPS. Another option I use being a Speedster is “Speed Drain” as this can help alleviate the power hungry nature of this loadout (and is also a damage over time ability).
Impaling Thorns is your single target hit. It is a two tick hit of damage, capable of crit’ng both hits, and you can expect between 300 and 2000 damage per hit with a successful build and proper buffing. It’s not really a DOT Damage ability, but is it the most powerful single target spell that Nature DPS has.
