Will I lose my running subscription after changing from SOE to ProSiebenSat.1?
This solution has been deemed correct by the post author
Here is what I’ve found on the soe forum:
Do we lose our running subscriptions?
European players will need to create new accounts and set up new subscriptions with ProSiebenSat.1 Games. However, ProSieben will offer existing European players subscription rates and terms that are similar to their existing SOE subscriptions.
Will the billing and account management be done by ProSiebenSat.1 Games or SOE?
Billing and account management for European players will be handled by ProSiebenSat.1 Games Games.
I’m a European player; after I create my ProSieben account, will my SOE account be shut down?
Your SOE account will not be shut down, but you will only be able to play the above mentioned games through a ProSiebenSat.1 Games account. As discussed above, we will provide a simple way to have your characters and game progress transferred and the value of your Station Cash granted to your new ProSiebenSat.1 Games account. Also, existing EverQuest II players in Europe that have played on U.S. servers before the transition will be allowed to continue playing on those servers through their SOE accounts.
Hope it helps:)

How is account merging works? I have made my new ProSiebenSat.1 Games account but the thing is i didn’t find anywhere how to do this. Now my game is down for the whole god damn week and i am starting to be bit frustrated. After i have made new account and chosen the game i will play (DCUO) i wanted to link my SOE account with new one i just made. BUT WHERE IS THAT OPTION? In news letter it says that this happens when i create new one in ProSiebenSat.1, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPEN.
I can only log in on both of them but i can’t start the game since they are not linked. So where do i link it?
Try to create new account on prosieben via this link https://secure.dcuniverseonline.eu/migration/register
Then follow the instructions:
2.) Link your SOE account to your ProSiebenSat.1 Games account: After creating a new ProSiebenSat.1 Games account or logging into your existing ProSiebenSat.1 Games account, you will be prompted to link it to your existing SOE Station Account. Enter your SOE account information and login if you want the accounts to be linked. After successfully linking the accounts, your DCUO items, character data and station cash (ProSieben SevenCash) will be available on your ProSiebenSat.1 Games account.
3.) Download the new launcher. After linking your ProSieben Sat.1 Games account to your SOE Station account, you will be prompted to download an updated LaunchPad. Start the executable and select “Repair/Reinstall” when prompted. Don’t worry, you don’t have to download the whole game again! Once you’ve updated the LaunchPad you’ll be ready to play DCUO by logging you’re your ProSiebenSat.1 Games account!
4.) Re-subscribe to any recurring membership: Please note that none of your personal information will be transferred to ProSiebenSat.1 Games during the account linking process. No credit card or other payment information will be shared. If you want to continue or start enjoying the benefits of a recurring membership, please sign up for a membership using your new ProSiebenSat.1 Games account.
OR if you already have prosieben account, try this link: https://secure.dcuniverseonline.eu/migration/login
And log in with your prosieben login and password, then there will be an information to link the account (you’ll have to type your original DC login and password)
Will I have to change fro US PC server to EU server after moving account to Prosieben games? I’m player from Europe but I play on USA server…
No! You will still be able to play on US PC server, even if you are a player from Europe or elsewhere
